ABOUT JULIANA AMA KPLORFIA
A dynamic, astute, public administration generalist, public policy analyst, certified project management professional, non-profit founder, and gender inclusion and organizational change management trainer with over 12 years of practical Public Service experience. I leverage my team-building and people development skills to improve performance, productivity, individual and organizational growth.
I am currently engaged in Project Management, Public Policy Advise, Gender Inclusion, Girls Education Research, Business Reengineering and Management Consulting among others. I result oriented, expressive and fun loving. I love managing projects, corporate training, public speaking and engaging is advising foreign businesses on public policy. I work not only for money but for the satisfaction that I’m an answer to a problem. I love to learn and try out new things and explore new ideas.
I hold an MPA with specialization in e-Government, from SunkyunKwan University in South Korea, an EMPA in Global Public Policy from the New York University and University College London. I am a PMP in good standing, certified by the Project Management Institute.
